With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s psychological challenges. My background includes extensive work in community mental health, supporting youth ages 4 to 18, as well as providing care in inpatient settings for both adolescents and adults. I’ve also worked across outpatient programs—including PHP and IOP—as well as in residential treatment, addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and trauma.
As a former Clinical Director at residential treatment centers, I’ve had the privilege of supervising and mentoring clinical staff, and offering consultation for those working with complex dissociative disorders.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in woodworking and crafts, and I cherish time with my wife, teenage son, and our furry family members—five cats and one dog. I’m also an avid reader, constantly seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where healing and empowerment can flourish.
